Lawrin
General Manager/ PR
Lawrin is the oldest of Chef Liz's daughters. With a successful career in Administrative and social media management, she brings a lot of logistical knowledge.
A self-proclaimed foodie, curious, and detail-oriented, she Maintains overall management if Liz's Kitchen. In her role here she Directs, coordinates, and participates in all aspects of our small business. Anything from preparation, cooking, wrapping, or packing food, while also establishing delivery routes and schedules.
She is the face, eyes, and ears, of our business, keeping business records, collect and pay accounts, and orders. She manages all deliveries, customer relations, as well as promotions and sales. Next time you place an order remember to wave hello as she delivers your order.
Lianne
Expedite/ Kitchen&Delivery Manager
Lianne is Chef Liz's Youngest daughter. She is a Creative, energetic, passionate, and a great team player. This made her a perfect addition to the team. As a young black lady Chef, Liz wanted to give her the opportunity to focus and grow her Expedite skills.
She Functions as the communications link between and among the various food production areas in the kitchen. Supervises food preparation personnel to ensure food adheres to standards of quality to maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and equipment. While coordinating production and assembly so our customer gets their food delivered in a timely manner. Order today and enjoy her professionalism for yourself!
Leelah
Delivery Assistant
Leelah is the First Granddaughter of Chef Liz. An amazing young lady, who grew up loving her grandmother cooking. Liz's right-hand girl and shadow growing up. It wouldn't be complete without her wit and humor. She currently is our delivery hand, while she learns more about the business and where she would like to learn more about.
She helps with delivers and assistance with clean up and organizing. Next time you order, wave hello to her, she is always in the car. 🤗
